Firm Rules

1. General Conduct

• All users must provide accurate personal information.
• Abusive behavior, cheating, or system exploitation will lead to immediate disqualification and account termination.
• Each trader may operate only one account per challenge.

2. Trading Rules

• Leverage: Up to 1:100 depending on instrument.
• Allowed Instruments: Forex, commodities, indices, and crypto (as available on our platform).
• News Trading: Allowed unless otherwise specified per challenge.

3. Drawdown Limits

• Daily Drawdown: 5% of the account equity.
• Total Drawdown: 12% of the initial balance.
• Breaching any drawdown limit results in automatic challenge failure.

4. Challenge Goals

• V8:
• • Phase 1: 5% profit in 7 days
  • Phase 2: 7% profit in 8 days
• V10:
• • 12% profit in 10 days
• V12:
• • 12% profit — no time limit

5. Trading Behavior

• No copy trading, account sharing, or external EA mirroring.
• Consistency is rewarded; suspicious or erratic strategies may be flagged for review.
• No high-frequency arbitrage or latency exploitation.

6. Funded Accounts

• Profit Split: 70% trader / 30% 3ST
• Withdrawal Rules (first 90 days):
• • Day 30: Withdraw up to 30% of your profit share
  • Day 60: Withdraw up to 60%
  • Day 90+: Full 70% payout eligible

7. Payouts & 3ST Pay

• Payouts processed via 3ST Pay — fast, global, and multi-currency.
• KYC required before any funded payout.
• Delays caused by incorrect info or fraud suspicion may lead to account freeze.

8. Violations

• Breaking any rules = challenge/account termination without refund.
• Multiple violations = permanent ban from the 3ST platform.
