How to manage your profile on TradeLocker Hub

TradeLocker Hub is one of the largest online forex ecosystems and it attracts hundreds of thousands of traders each month. Here’s how to present your offerings there:

1. Access Hub Admin

1. Visit https://hub.tradelocker.com/hub/admin.
2. Log in with the credentials provided by the TradeLocker team.
3. Once logged in, you’ll see two sections in the side navigation:
   • Prop Firms
   • Prop Challenges

2. Edit your company’s Hub public profile

1. Navigate to the Prop Firms section and select your company.
2. Fill in the information fields describing your company.
   • Note: Some fields are disabled and moderated by the TradeLocker team.
3. Follow the instructions for each field carefully.
4. Click SAVE once you’ve completed the updates.

☝️ Important:

• Your company profile will not appear on the TradeLocker Hub until:
  1. You notify TradeLocker that your setup is complete.
  2. TradeLocker inspects and approves the data.

After Activation:

• Your company will be marked as “active” in Hub Admin.
• Your company profile and challenges will appear on the public Hub page.
• Only challenges marked as “active” will be visible to traders.

⚠️ Please ensure all data aligns with your webpage, as misleading or conflicting information may lead to the deactivation of your Prop Company on TradeLocker Hub.

3. Add and manage challenges

Add a new challenge

1. Navigate to the Prop Challenges section.
2. Click Create new.
3. Fill in the challenge details:
   • Challenge name: Enter a specific or descriptive name (e.g., “Dolphin Challenge” or “200K-2step Challenge”).
   • Prop company: Link the challenge to your prop firm.
   • Discount: Add a discount only if applicable to the challenge to attract potential traders.
     • ⚠️ Note: Discount should be applied only if your company indeed offers it, on that specific challenge.
4. Click SAVE once satisfied with the inputs.

Tips for efficient setup

• To save time, duplicate an existing challenge, modify the details, and save it as a new challenge.
• Add all challenges your company offers and mark them as “active” if you want them to be visible on the Hub.

⚠️ Only add challenges available when using TradeLocker as a trading platform.

4. Final steps and publishing

1. Ensure the following setup:
   • All required fields in your Prop Company profile are completed.
     • Prop company marked as “active” = false.
   • All challenges you want published should be marked as “active”.
2. Notify the TradeLocker team via email.
   • TradeLocker will review the data for compliance.
   • Once approved, they will activate your Prop Company (set “active” = true).

After Approval:

• Your company and its challenges will be visible on the TradeLocker Hub to thousands of traders.
• You can edit the profile and challenges live while adhering to TradeLocker rules.
• See your company profile and challenges here: https://hub.tradelocker.com/hub.
• Enjoy increased visibility and watch your traffic grow on TradeLocker Hub.
