How does the 14-day free trial work?
Open TradeLocker, sign in or create an account, and choose Pro inside the platform. Your trial starts only when you complete Pro activation through Stripe with a card—not when you log in or open Insights. Your first Pro subscription includes 14 days free, with $0 due at trial activation. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at your accepted monthly rate plus applicable tax. Checkout shows the exact first-charge date and amount. The standard trial is available once per trader; selected early-access traders keep their assigned offer.
How do I keep the Founding Member Price?
Start your trial with a card on file during the first four weeks after launch to secure the $9/month base subscription price while continuously subscribed. Failed payments have a seven-day grace period during which Pro and your rate are retained. If you cancel, you can restore the subscription within seven days after the paid period ends and keep the rate. Applicable taxes are separate.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription in Plan & billing. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the paid period. The cancellation screen confirms when access ends and what happens to your price lock.
Will my free features move into Pro?
No. Your existing free features stay free. Pro adds deeper Insights, more scanner timeframes and higher workspace limits. Full trade history remains free on both plans.
Where can I use Pro?
Pro is currently available in browser trading across TradeLocker Demo, brand demo and live accounts. Account type does not determine your plan: Start includes an Insights overview and Daily Scanner, while Pro unlocks the paid features and higher limits.
Do I need a broker or prop-firm account to start?
You can create a free TradeLocker Profile and open a practice account without choosing a broker first. A Profile is enough to start Pro; no linked broker or prop-firm account is required. To use Insights, you need trading history for it to analyse. Live trading requires an account with a supported provider.
What is a TradeLocker Profile?
It is your free TradeLocker account. It lets you link trading accounts and use personal features such as Insights and saved favourite instruments in Market Scanner. Create one with email, Google or Apple, or sign in with your existing Profile when you continue.
Are cloud bots included in Pro?
No. Cloud bots are planned as a separately metered add-on and carry no allowance in Pro. Strategy building, running bots on your own machine and unlimited desktop backtesting are included in Start and Pro.
Does Pro guarantee better trading results?
No. Pro helps you understand your trading, review evidence and work with more context and capacity. Trading decisions and their outcomes remain your responsibility.
