This guide is for everyone who already has an account on TradeLocker. If you don’t have an account on TradeLocker, here is how to create one.
Here’s how to log in to TradeLocker
To log into TradeLocker, follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Check your email
Check the email you received from your broker/prop firm containing your TradeLocker login credentials. In case you didn’t receive an email, please reach out to your broker.
Step 2: Head over to the TradeLocker app or website
If you’re using a browser:
- For TradeLocker Live, go to live.tradelocker.com/
- For TradeLocker Demo, go to demo.tradelocker.com
If you’re using the desktop app, iOS or Android app, simply open it on your device.
Step 3: Check your environment
Ensure you select the correct environment (demo or live).
Look at the top right corner to see which environment you’re logging into. You can simply switch between the live and demo accounts using the switch button in the upper right corner, or use the in-app button to switch between the accounts.
Step 4: Enter your username, password and server
Next, carefully enter your login credentials. We recommend you copy and paste directly from the email to prevent any errors. After entering your data, simply click the Log in button.
The process is the same for the desktop and mobile app.
Troubleshooting “Wrong email, password, and server’ login error

Check if you’re logging into the correct environment (DEMO or LIVE).

Copy-paste your email and password to avoid typing errors.

If it still doesn’t work, reset your password through your broker or prop firm’s dashboard.

Use the new credentials provided by your broker or prop firm.

If you still can’t log in, contact your broker or prop firm directly for help.
All account details and logins are managed by your broker or prop firm. TradeLocker can’t provide or reset your credentials.
