There are two ways to log in to TradeLocker.
- TradeLocker Profile: For traders who want to connect all their broker and prop accounts in one place, switch instantly, and access a free demo anytime.
- Broker/Prop firm credentials login: For traders who access TradeLocker through a broker or prop firm account.
Log in with your TradeLocker Profile
Step 1: Go to app.tradelocker.com.
Step 2: Log in with Google or Apple.
Select how you want to continue: with your Google or Apple account.
You’ll land directly on the platform with your demo account ready. If you have broker or prop firm accounts connected to your profile, you can switch between them from the account switcher in the top bar.
Connect a broker or prop firm account
Once you are ready to enter the market, you can connect a broker or prop firm directly from your TradeLocker Profile, no need to create a new account.
Click the account box in the bottom left corner and press +. From there, you can:
- Pick a Broker: browse the full list and start trading with your own funds.
- Pick a Prop Firm: explore challenges on the Hub and get funded.
- Connect Broker/Prop: already have a broker or prop account on TradeLocker? Log in to connect it to your profile.
- Add New Demo Account: create an additional demo account for practice.
To connect an existing account, simply enter the credentials your broker or prop firm sent you (email, password, server). It’s in an email you received from your broker/prop firm once you registered with them.

Log in with Broker/Prop Firm Credentials
Use this if your broker or prop firm gave you a set of trading credentials to access TradeLocker.
Step 1: Go to app.tradelocker.com
Open the platform in your browser or launch the TradeLocker mobile app.
Step 2: Select “Log in with broker/prop”
Choose this option on the login screen.
Step 3: Enter your three credentials
Your broker will have sent these by email when your account was activated:
- Account email: the email address registered with your broker
- Password: your broker account password
- Server: a short code that identifies your broker’s server (e.g.
TL-Live-01)
Step 4: Click Log in
You’ll be taken into the platform and connected to your broker account.
Switching between accounts after login
If you have a TradeLocker Profile with multiple accounts connected (broker accounts, prop firm accounts, and your demo), you can switch between them at any time without logging out.
Click the account switcher in the bottom left bar and select the account you want to use.
Troubleshooting
Wrong broker credentials
Check the welcome email from your broker, it contains your account email, password, and server ID. If you can’t find it, contact your broker’s support team to have the credentials resent.
Server ID not recognised
Make sure you’re entering the server ID exactly as it appears in your broker’s email, including any dashes or capital letters. If it still doesn’t work, contact your broker to confirm the correct server.
Can’t remember which method you used to sign up
We recommend logging in with TradeLocker Profile. That way, every account you trade with, will be unified in one simple profile.
